Heartmoves Exercise Session - Nanango
A free Heartmoves exercise session led by South Burnett physiotherapist Louise Kenny will be held at Rapid Fitness at 4 Railway Lane in Nanango between 10:45am and 11:45am this morning. The Heartmoves exercise program is jointly sponsored by the Heart Foundation, Rapid Fitness and the South Burnett Regional Council's Healthy Communities program. It's designed for people who haven't done exercise in awhile, and it lets you exercise at your own pace in a supportive environment. Bowls Club Bingo - Kingaroy
The Kingaroy Bowls Club at 141 Youngman St, Kingaroy will be running bingo matches from 7:30pm this evening with $800 in prizes on offer. More details from the club on (07) 4162-1404

Indoor Bowls & Cards Day - Kingaroy
The Kingaroy Senior Citizens Club will be hosting indoor bowls and cards (500) competitions at its centre on the corner of Avoca and Kingaroy Streets, Kingaroy between 9:00am and 4:00pm today. Watercolour Art Class - Kingaroy
The Nimue Art Gallery in King Street, Kingaroy (immediately next to the Carrollee Hotel) will be running a watercolour art class with well-known South Burnett artist Dot Rowland from 10:00am to 2:00pm today. Today's class is the first of three (the next two classes will be held at the same time and venue on November 14th and 21st). Arthritis & Osteoporosis Support Group Meeting - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Arthritis & Osteoporosis Support Group will be holding their regular first Wednesday of the month meeting at the Kingaroy Community Centre at 130 Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy at 10:00am this morning. The group provides support for arthritis and osteoporosis sufferers and meets every month except January. Today's meeting will be planning next month's Christmas Break-Up party at Dimities Cottage in Wondai and new members are always very welcome. More details? Email June.
Nanango Blue LIght Open Night
The Nanango Blue Light Disco committee will be holding their regular Wednesday Open Night at the Nanango Skating Rink in George Street, Nanango from 4:00pm to 6:00pm this evening. Young people are welcome to come along for skating lessons, homework help (during school term), art and sculpture classes, games and access to the computer room. Entry is $2. More details? Business Workshop - Kingaroy
A free workshop for South Burnett businesses interested in finding out how they can benefit from a Federal Government program to assist staff skills development will be held at the Broadway Hotel in Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm this evening. Summer Soccer 7s - Kingaroy
The weekly summer Soccer 7s competition will be held at 6:30pm this evening at Tom Alford Oval in Oliver Bond Street, Kingaroy (ie the Kingaroy soccer grounds). The competition is open to players of all skill levels and abilities, and players who weren't registered for the 2012 season can pay a $25 social registration which will cover them until December 31. There will also be a $50 team nomination fee available, as well as a nightly match fee of $5 each to play. Everyone is welcome! More details? Alcoholics Anonymous - Wondai
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strengths and hopes with each other to help solve their common problems and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership, and AA isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution.
