Nanango Christmas Tree Festival
- The 4th annual Nanango Christmas Tree Festival will be held at the Nanango Cultural Centre in George Street from 9:00am to 4:00pm today. The Festival - a display of Christmas trees - helps raise money for local school chaplaincy programs, and it will continue every day until Sunday, December 2nd. Entry is by donation and morning and afternoon teas will be available for $4. Everyone is welcome!
Thursday Evening Dance Classes - Kingaroy
- Social Dance Classes will be held in the Apex room of the Kingaroy Senior Citizens Centre at the corner of Avoca and Kingaroy Streets, Kingaroy (opposite Super IGA) at 6:30pm this evening. You can learn how to do the Gypsy Tap, Pride of Erin or some of the latest sequence dances - and don't worry if you haven’t got a partner, there are plenty of dancers to help you! It doesn't matter if you just want to learn, have been dancing for years or are visiting the area - come along for a great night out with heaps of fun and laughter. St Josephs Bingo - Murgon
- St Joseph's Parish Hall in Angel Avenue, Murgon will be holding bingo games from 7:30pm this evening. There'll be $1000 in prizes on offer as well as a canteen and lucky bingo tickets. Proceeds will go to aid St Joseph's school and community works.
Thursday Afternoon Golf - Nanango

Alcoholics Anonymous - Kingaroy
- Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strengths and hopes with each other to help solve their common problems and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership, and A.A. isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution.
