Heartmoves Exercise Session - Murgon
A gold coin donation Heartmoves exercise session led by South Burnett PCYC instructor Prue Collard will be held at the Castra complex at 2 Cooper Street in Murgon between 10:30am and 11:30am this morning. The Heartmoves exercise program is jointly sponsored by the Heart Foundation, Castra and the South Burnett Regional Council's Healthy Communities program. It's designed for people who haven't done exercise in awhile, and it lets you exercise at your own pace in a supportive environment. Heartmoves sessions will be held at the same time and place on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month in future, and everyone is welcome. South Burnett Carers Group Meeting - Kingaroy
- The South Burnett Carers Social & Information Group will be holding its regular monthly meeting in the Tobruk Room of Kingaroy RSL in Markwell Street, Kingaroy from 10:30am and 12:30pm this morning. The group is open to anyone who acts as a carer. It's designed to provide a social and networking outlet for carers, who often find themselves isolated by their role. Indoor Bowls & Cards Day - Kingaroy
- The Kingaroy Senior Citizens Club will be hosting indoor bowls and cards (500) competitions at its centre on the corner of Avoca and Kingaroy Streets, Kingaroy between 9:00am and 4:00pm today. Wednesday Wipe-Outs Ten Pin Bowling - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Lively 50s&60s Social Group will be holding a Wednesday Wipe-Outs 10-Pin Bowling Morning at the Kingaroy Ten Pin Bowling Alley at 4 Irvins Street from 9:15am this morning (bowling starts at 9:30am sharp). The cost is $15.60 for three games plus a $2.00 fee that will be used towards prize monies and trophies which will be handed out out at the end of the season.
