South Burnett CTC - Working For Our Community
Red Shield Appeal Business Breakfast - Kingaroy
The Salvation Army's annual Red Shield Appeal will be launched at 6:30am this morning with a special Business Breakfast at Kingaroy RSL's Tobruk Room, with former Murgon football legend Steve Renouf as special guest speaker. The Business Breakfast is an awareness-raiser for the Appeal (which will be held on May 25 and 26) and everyone is welcome. Wondai Wolves Training Night - Wondai
The Wondai Wolves RLFC will be holding their regular Thursday night training sessions at the Wondai Sportsgrounds off the Bunya Highway just north of the CBD this evening. Juniors train from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, followed by seniors at 6:00pm.
St Joseph's Bingo - Murgon
St Joseph's Parish Hall in Angel Avenue, Murgon will be holding bingo games from 7:30pm this evening. There'll be $1000 in prizes on offer as well as a canteen and lucky bingo tickets. Proceeds will go to aid St Joseph's school and community works.
South Burnett Saints Training Meeting - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Saints AFL Club will be holding their regular Thursday evening training session at Lyle Vidler Oval in Youngman Street, Kingaroy this afternoon. Juniors will train from 4:30pm to 5:30pm and seniors from 5:45pm.
Taras Hall Bingo - Nanango
Bingo games will be held at Taras Hall immediately next to Nanango RSL in Henry Street, Nanango at 10:00am this morning. Everyone is welcome!
Play 500 - Murgon

Nanango Community Auxiliary Meeting
The Nanango Community Auxiliary will be holding its regular first Thursday of the month meeting at the QVCWA Rooms in Fitzroy Street, Nanango (just opposite Foodworks) from 9:30am this morning. The Auxiliary is open to both men and women and members enjoy a cuppa and snacks, play Hoy and other games, or simply sit and chat. Alcoholics Anonymous - Kingaroy
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strengths and hopes with each other to help solve their common problems and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership, and A.A. isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution. Linen Party - Blackbutt
The Blackbutt State School P&C will be hosting a Lorraine Lea linen party at the school in Crofton Street at 5:00pm this evening as a fundraiser. Everyone is welcome, and all proceeds will go towards P&C funds for a raffle.
