Today's meeting is a 5-race event and in addition to a bumper field of top-notch horses there'll also be amusements for children; Lucky Punter draws (where losing punter's tickets can win a prize); plus a few other surprises you'll have to be trackside to see. Buses will be running to the races from Kingaroy's Carrollee Hotel at noon; the Glendon Street Bus Depot at 12:15pm, and the Nanango RSL at 12:30pm. Gates will open at the track itself at around 10:00am so that go-getters can get a head start on that all-important socialising. Admission is just $10 for adults and $5 for pensioners (under-15s are free), there's definitely no BYO, and everyone is welcome! More details? Phone Rosemary on (07) 4163-2346 or email her.

All matches will be held at Tom Alford Oval in Oliver Bond Street, Kingaroy, with the 2nd Division clash between Nanango and Gunners hitting the field at 1:30pm; the Women's Division tussle between Nanango and Wests at 3:30pm; and the 1st Division Nanango and Gunners match kicking off at 5:30pm. Meanwhile, junior games will be held at the Wondai Sportsgrounds today. Spectators and supporters are very welcome to all matches, and canteens will be operating at both venues too.
