Indoor Bowls & Cards Day - Kingaroy
The Kingaroy Senior Citizens Club will be hosting indoor bowls and cards (500) competitions at its centre on the corner of Avoca and Kingaroy Streets, Kingaroy between 9:00am and 4:00pm today. Indoor bowls competitions commence at 9:00am and cards at around 1:00pm, and the $2 admission includes a cup of tea. Everyone is welcome. For more details phone (07) 4163-6191.
Timbertown Woodworkers Group Meeting - Blackbutt
The Timbertown Woodworkers Group will be holding their regular Wednesday meeting at the Blackbutt Showgrounds in Bowman Road, Blackbutt from 8:00am until around 4:00pm today. Nanango Blue Light Open Night
The Nanango Blue Light Disco committee will be holding their regular Wednesday Open Night at the Nanango Skating Rink in George Street, Nanango from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Young people are welcome to come along for skating lessons, homework help (during school term), games and access to the computer room. Entry is $2. More details? Pest Control Meeting - Kumbia
A Pest Control Meeting will be held at Kumbia Hall in Bell Street, Kumbia from 10:00am to 3:00pm today. The meeting has been organised by AgForce and will discuss methods that can be used to control wild dogs, feral pigs, rabbits and foxes. Dr David Berman (from the Pest Animal Research Centre) and AgForce Projects pest animal co-ordinator Damien Ferguson will be guest speakers. Lunch and smoko will be provided too, but to attend you'll need to register online.
Music Explorers Meeting - Wondai
The Music Explorers group will be meeting at The Studio behind the Wondai Regional Art Gallery in Haly Street, Wondai from 7:00pm to 9:30pm this evening. This informal group allows amateur musicians and anyone with a love of music to get together to practice, play together, share tips and learn. New members are always very welcome! Bowls Club Bingo - Kingaroy

Wednesday Night Poker - Kingaroy

Arthritis & Osteoporosis Support Group Meeting - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Arthritis & Osteoporosis Support Group will be holding their regular first Wednesday of the month meeting at the Kingaroy Community Centre at 130 Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy at 10:00am this morning. The group provides support for arthritis and osteoporosis sufferers and meets every month except January. Today's meeting will be sthe group's AGM and new members are always welcome. More details? Wednesday Wipe-Outs Ten Pin Bowling - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Lively 50s&60s Social Group will be resuming their weekly Wednesday Wipe-Outs 10-Pin Bowling Morning at the Kingaroy Ten Pin Bowling Alley at 4 Irvins Street from 9:15am this morning (bowling starts at 9:30am sharp). The cost is $15.60 for three games plus a $2.00 fee that will be used towards prize monies and trophies which will be handed out out at the end of the season. Alcoholics Anonymous - Wondai
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strengths and hopes with each other to help solve their common problems and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership, and AA isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution.
