Blackbutt RSL & CMC Members Christmas Party
The Blackbutt RSL & CMC at the corner of Muir and Douglas Streets in Blackbutt will be holding its annual Members Christmas Party at 6:00pm this evening. There'll be Christmas ham raffles, a lucky door prize, the drawing of the big Christmas Raffle and give-aways galore! - The South Burnett Toastmasters will be holding their regular meeting in the Anzac Room of Kingaroy RSL in Markwell Street, Kingaroy at 7:00pm this evening. Toastmasters is a great way to learn how to speak in public and boost your self-confidence, and new members are always very welcome! Meetings are held on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Thursdays of the month between 7:00pm and 9:30pm. Note: Tonight's meeting is the group's Christmas break-up. Meetings will resume in February 2014.
Alcoholics Anonymous - Kingaroy
- Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strengths and hopes with each other to help solve their common problems and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership, and A.A. isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution.
