Car Boot Sale And Christmas Fair - Nanango
The South Burnett Western Performance Club will be holding a Car Boot Sale And Christmas Fair in Racecourse Road, Nanango from 7:00am until 2:00pm today - just perfect for Christmas gift shopping or (if you're a seller) raising a little bit of extra cash before Christmas. Stall fees are only $10.00 for cars, or $15 for cars with an attached trailer, and stall-holders can get in from 6:00am to set up. The Palace Hotel at 77 Drayton Street in Nanango will be holding a GT Open Mic Afternoon from 1:30pm to around 6:00pm today, hosted by Mr Q. Anyone is welcome to put their name up on the blackboard and - when their turn comes - to perform up to 20 minutes of originals or covers. The South Burnett Darts Association will be holding their regular Sunday afternoon Pot Luck Doubles darts competitions from 11:00am to 4:00pm at their premises at Shed 1, 18 Stolzenberg Road in Kingaroy. A $10 playing fee applies, but that includes a great BBQ lunch. - The Murgon RC Group will be holding an Open Day at Angelfield Aerodrome at the end of Macalister Street, Murgon (drive w-a-y past the Showgrounds along the dirt road and through the gate marked "Private Property") between 10:00am and 6:00pm today.
