Nanango To Kingaroy Shopping Bus

Graham House will be running a shopping bus between Nanango and Kingaroy today. The bus will pick up customers from their Nanango address at 8:30am and transport them to Kingaroy Shoppingworld (or other destinations if arranged beforehand), then make a return journey to Nanango at around 11:30am. Tickets on the bus are $10 per person return and the bus runs fortnightly on Wednesdays, but places are limited so a booking is necessary. Summer Soccer 7s - Kingaroy

Kingaroy Senior Soccer Club's annual Summer 7s social competition is running on Wednesday nights from October 9 to December 11 at Tom Alford Oval, Oliver Bond Street, Kingaroy. Games start at 5:30pm.

Free Community Meal - Kingaroy

A free community meal - dine-in or takeaway - is available every Wednesday night from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at The Salvation Army Hall, 109 Kingaroy St, Kingaroy. The Community Serving Community Meals Project is co-ordinated by the South Burnett Support Alliance and relies on volunteers from the local community.

South Burnett Pantry - Kingaroy

The South Burnett Pantry will be open from 8:30am to 12:00 noon today at 1A (Lot 3) Railway Terrace in Kingaroy. The Pantry is a not-for-profit registered charity run by a Board of Management and staffed by volunteers, and it helps low income families, couples and singles stretch their shopping dollar further. The Pantry offers $40 pantry hampers that contain most of the food and personal cleaning items that most people need to get through part of the week (though you'll need to shop elsewhere for extras or special items).
