Aqua Fitness For Adults - Proston

The South Burnett Regional Council's Healthy Communities programme will be holding the 5th week of a 10-week "Aqua Fitness For Adults" course at the Proston Swimming Pool in Collingwood Street between 3:00pm and 4:00pm today. The course features easy, water-based exercises and games for all fitness levels, Zumba and water aerobics and pool entry fees are being subsidised by the Council - all you need to bring is a gold coin donation, swimming togs, a towel and medication (if required).
