9th Annual Pickled Galah Rally - Maidenwell
- The first day of the 9th annual three-day Pickled Galah New Years Eve Rally will be held at the Maidenwell Hotel in Maidenwell today. Over the next few days the Rally will feature a Bike Show; a "Back To School" fancy dress party tonight; a Wet T-Shirt Competition; Pub Olympics; raffles; and live music tomorrow night. Camping will be available in the hotel's grounds (with $2 hot showers available too) and admission is just $25 for the full three days. The event is also fully catered, with lunch available from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm today and dinner from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The Rally is open to Sunstate Riders only, though, so if you're not one of them you'll need to do your New Years Eve revels elsewhere. You can obtain more details on the Pickled Galah website
