Romelda Aiken Netball Clinic - Kingaroy
- Well-known Firebirds netballer Romelda Aiken (pictured) will be holding netball clinics at the Kingaroy Netball Courts at the corner of Alford and Fisher Streets, Kingaroy this afternoon. She'll run a clinic for 9-11 year olds from 3:30pm to 4:00pm; another for 12-15 year olds from 4:00pm to 4:30pm; and then sign autographs and pose for photos from 4:30pm to 5:00pm (Jamaican-born Romelda is 6ft 5 inches tall). Burnett Birdkeepers Association Meeting - Nanango
- The Burnett Birdkeepers Association will be holding their monthly meeting at the Les Fogg Pavilion inside the Nanango Showgrounds in Cairns Street, Nanango at 7:00pm this evening. Summer Soccer 7s - Kingaroy
- The second round of Summer Soccer 7s will be played at the Kingaroy Soccer Fields at the end of Oliver Bond Street in Kingaroy from 5:30pm until around 9:00pm tonight. Nanango Country Quilters & Crafts Group
- The Nanango Country Quilters And Crafts group meet every Wednesday at the Nanango Cultural Centre in George Street, Nanango between 9:00am to 2:00pm. Nanango Playgroup Meeting
- The Nanango Playgroup will be holding its regular Wednesday meeting at the Nanango Darts Club at the corner of Elk and George Streets between 9:30am and 11:30am this morning. - The Sister Dolores Carroll Training Centre at St Mary's Catholic College at 10 Kent Street in Kingaroy will be transforming into a "Man's Cave" between 6:30pm and 10:00pm tonight. Qualified instructors will be demonstrating the use of all the equipment in the centre - great stuff like lathes, drills etc - and if you're a man interested in restoring or manufacturing wood or metal products and socialising with other men who have similar interests, then this could be the place for you!
