CPR Awareness Course - Murgon
The Murgon Local Ambulance Committee will be running a hands-on course in CPR Awareness at the Baptist Hall in Stephens Street, Murgon at 10:30am to 12:00 noon this morning. Science Circus - Kingaroy
The Shell Questacon Science Circus will be appearing at Kingaroy Town Hall in Glendon Street, Kingaroy from 5:00pm to 8:00pm this evening. The Hall will be overflowing with 40 hands-on science exhibits, and there'll also be live science shows by Questacon presenters who will hold fire in their hands, lie on a bed of nails and levitate beach balls. Danny's Diner - a free community dinner - will be held at the Uniting Church Hall at the corner of Alford and Youngman streets in Kingaroy from 5:30pm to 7:00pm tonight. The dinner is an initiative of the Kingaroy District Ministry Association for the benefit of anyone who's hungry or otherwise doing it tough.
