South Burnett CTC - Working For Our Community
Connectivity Roadshows - Nanango & Kumbia
BIEDO will be running a Connectivity Roadshow at Kumbia Hall in Bell Street, Kumbia from 9:00am to 11:00am this morning, and again at the Nanango Cultural Centre in George Street, Nanango from 5:00pm to 7:00pm this afternoon. The Roadshows will be addressed by representatives from NBN Co, Telstra, Optus and Regional Tech Hub and they aim to answer all questions about how to get the best connectivity possible at work or at home. Art Exhibition Opening - Murgon
The 55 Million Years Ago Museum in Racialist Street, Murgon will be opening their latest two-month exhibition from 5:00pm to 7:00pm this evening. The new exchibi8tion features works by local and non-local artists and the $10 entry fee includes a cheese board and wines from Lightning Tree Wines will be available for tastings and purchases. Free Primary Producers Dinner RSVP Deadline
Today is the last day you can book for BIEDO's free Primary Producers Dinner being held in Kingaroy Town Hall's air-conditioned Supper Room next Tuesday, June 25 (see entry that day for all details)
Kingaroy RSL Bingo

Friday Night At The Shed - Nanango
The Shed in Little Drayton Street, Nanango (just next to the Scott Car Park) will be altering its venue tonight to the Fire Pit at Tipperary Flat on the D'Aguiilar Highway south of the CBD for outdoor potato and marshmallow roasting, music and fun. Local musicians and anyone else who enjoys music is very welcome to come along, bring their instruments and jam in a relaxed and informal setting, or just sit, listen in and enjoy the wide variety of talent on offer (but BYO potatoes and marshmallows). South Burnett Pantry - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Pantry will be open from 8:30am to 12:00 noon today at 1A (Lot 3) Railway Terrace in Kingaroy. The Pantry is a not-for-profit registered charity run by a Board of Management and staffed by volunteers, and it helps low income families, couples and singles stretch their shopping dollar further. The Pantry offers $40 pantry hampers that contain most of the food and personal cleaning items that most people need to get through part of the week (though you'll need to shop elsewhere for extras or special items). Alcoholics Anonymous - Murgon
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other to help solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership. AA isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organisation or institution. AA meets in Murgon every Wednesday and Friday at 12:30pm at the Baptist Church at 94 Macalister Street, and members who can't make it in person can join in the meeting online via Zoom.
