Healthy Weight Week - Blackbutt
This week is Australia's Healthy Weight Week and to mark it, RHealth and the South Burnett Regional Council will be holding a series of Health Pit Stops across the region this week to raise awareness about healthy eating and cooking. Each Health Pit Stop will offer visitors the opportunity to get a free health check by a local Community Nurse; a cooking demo where you can taste-test a healthy recipe; and free information about all the different Healthy Communities programs that will be running in the South Burnett this year. Today's Pit Stop will be outside the Blackbutt Newsagency in Coulson Street between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Cards & Bowls Afternoon - Kingaroy
- The Kingaroy Senior Citizens Club will be holding their regular Monday afternoon indoor bowls and cards competitions at their centre on the corner of Avoca and Kingaroy Streets, Kingaroy (opposite Super IGA) from 1:00pm to around 4:00pm today. Monday Evening Bingo - Blackbutt
- Bingo games will be held in Uniting Church Hall in Coulson Street, Blackbutt from 7:00pm this evening. Everyone is welcome. Note: Tonight's games are the first for the year after a brief break over the Festive Season.
Wondai Swimming Club Meeting
The Wondai Swimming Club will be holding their regular Monday Club Night at the Wondai Swimming Pool in Mackenzie Street, Wondai from 6:00pm onwards this evening.
