Hivesville Country Markets 4th Anniversary
The Hivesville Country Markets will be held at the Hivesville Sports Grounds from 7:00am to around 1:00pm today. These family friendly monthly markets feature a variety of stalls including fresh local farm produce, plants, crafts and lots of food - and because today also marks the market's 4th anniversary, there'll also be perfomances by the Proston Line Dancers, Tai Chi demonstrations, live music and a multi-draw raffle, as well as an auction at 10:00am. - The second (and final) day of the two-day Yhurri Gurri Weekend will be held at Cherbourg this morniong, where a recovey breakfast will be available on the deck of Cherbourg's Ration Shed Museum from 7:00am to 10:00am. "Yhurri Gurri" is the new name for Cherbourg's annual "Golden Oldies" celebrations for residents and visirors aged 50 and above, and everyone is welcome!
