Open Orchestra Evening - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Community Orchestra will be holding an Open Orchestra Evening at the Uniting Church Hall in Alford Street, Kingaroy from 6:00pm to around 8:30pm tonight. The Open Orchestra is open to all South Burnett musicians regardless of age or experience, and provides a rare chance to perform with professional musicians. A series of Open Orchestra evenings has been arranged by the SBCO this year as part of a program to grow the region's musicians and there's no charge to attend. More details? Timbertown Woodworkers Group Meeting - Blackbutt
The Timbertown Woodworkers Group will be holding their regular Wednesday meeting at the Blackbutt Showgrounds in Bowman Road, Blackbutt from 8:00am until around 4:00pm today. Community Flood Recovery Information Meeting - Nanango
The South Burnett Regional Council in conjunction with regional support organisations will be holding the second of three completely free Community Flood Recovery Information Meetings at the Nanango Cultural Centre in George Street, Nanango from 6:30pm to 9:00pm this evening, along with a complimentary meal. The purpose of the meeting is to provide the latest information about flood assistance funding that's available to help primary producers get back on their feet after the January floods, and comes after the State Government's recent decision to extend the period in which farmers can lodge a claim until November 29. Representatives from the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, CentreCare, AgForce, Burnett Mary Regional Group and the Burnett Inland Economic Development Organisation (BIEDO) will be present to answer questions and make appointments to assist. Nanango Blue LIght Open Night
The Nanango Blue Light Disco committee will be holding their regular Wednesday Open Night at the Nanango Skating Rink in George Street, Nanango from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Young people are welcome to come along for skating lessons, homework help (during school term), games and access to the computer room. Entry is $2. More details? Music Explorers Meeting - Wondai
The Music Explorers group will be meeting inside the Wondai Regional Art Gallery in Haly Street, Wondai from 7:00pm to 9:30pm this evening. Wednesday Night Poker - Kingaroy

Wednesday Wipe-Outs Ten Pin Bowling - Kingaroy
The South Burnett Lively 50s&60s Social Group will be resuming their weekly Wednesday Wipe-Outs 10-Pin Bowling Morning at the Kingaroy Ten Pin Bowling Alley at 4 Irvins Street from 9:15am this morning (bowling starts at 9:30am sharp). The cost is $15.60 for three games plus a $2.00 fee that will be used towards prize monies and trophies which will be handed out out at the end of the season. Wednesday Morning Zumba - Nanango
Zumba dance fitness classes will be held at the Nanango Skating Rink in George Street, Nanango at 9:00am this evening. The class fee is $5 and everyone is welcome.

Alcoholics Anonymous - Wondai
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strengths and hopes with each other to help solve their common problems and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership, and AA isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution.
