Heartmoves Exercise Session - Nanango
A free Heartmoves exercise session led by South Burnett physiotherapist Louise Kenny will be held at Rapid Fitness at 4 Railway Lane in Nanango between 10:45am and 11:45am this morning. The Heartmoves exercise program is jointly sponsored by the Heart Foundation, Rapid Fitness and the South Burnett Regional Council's Healthy Communities program. It's designed for people who haven't done exercise in awhile, and it lets you exercise at your own pace in a supportive environment. The Kingaroy Lions Club will be holding their bi-monthly Dinner Meeting at the Kingaroy Hotel at the corner of Haly and Youngman Streets in Kingaroy (opposite McDonalds) from 6:30pm onwards tonight.
