Diabetes Prevention Workshop - Kingaroy
RHealth and the South Burnett Regional Council's Healthy Communities Program will be holding the third of four free weekly workshops today designed to help people reduce their risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. The workshop will be held at the Kingaroy Town Common Hall in Oliver Bond Street from 5:30pm to 7:00pm and over the course of four weeks participants will learn about physical activity; healthy eating; healthy cooking; and how to make smart food choices.
