Heartmoves Information Session - Nanango
A free Heartmoves Information Session led by South Burnett physiotherapist Louise Kenny will be held at Rapid Fitness at 4 Railway Lane in Nanango between 10:45am and 11:45am this morning. The Heartmoves exercise program - which will be starting at the same time and venue next Wednesday (and every Wednesday after that for the next 6 months) is jointly sponsored by the Heart Foundation, Rapid Fitness and the South Burnett Regional Council's Healthy Communities program. It's designed for people who haven't done exercise in awhile, and it lets you exercise at your own pace in a supportive environment. Today's information session will answer any questions you might have about the Heartmoves Program and will also include a basic pre-exercise assessment with Louise if you think you'd like to join up. - The South Burnett Lively 50s&60s Social Group will be holding a Social 10-pin Bowls Morning at the Kingaroy Ten Pin Bowling Alley at 4 Irvins Street in Kingaroy from 9:15am this morning (bowling starts at 9:30am sharp). The cost is $15.60 for three games plus a $2.00 fee that will be used towards prize money and trophies which will be handed out out at the end of the season in late September.
