Suth Burnett Soccer Preliminary Finals - Nanango
The 17th (and next-to-last) round of the Evolution Solar Soccer League will be played out at the Nanango soccer grounds today. All of today's games are preliminary semi-finals - the Grand Final is next weekend - and spectatores can expect to see some really top-class football from all the teams involved. The action will kick off at 11:00am when Barambah take on Wests in the 2nd Division match. This will be followed at 1:00pm with the Women's Division clash between Wests and the Gunnettes. And then at 3:00pm the 1st Division match between Gunners and Wests will take to the field. Spectators and supporters are most welcome!

A Choral Medley - Taabinga Homestead
The South Burnett Chorale will be performing "A Choral Medley" at historic Taabinga Homestead at 7 Old Taabinga Road, Haly Creek (just west of Kingaroy) at 2:30pm this afternoon. The concert will feature a range of songs ranging from pop, sacred and folk through to operatic, musical comedy and environmental numbers - all performed with the verve and style that have made Chorale concerts so popular with so many people over the years.
