After a very successful motorbike trail ride in late May, the Kingaroy Lions Club has been able to donate $27,000 raised from the ride to various charitable organisations.

A cheque for $3500 was presented recently to RACQ Careflight by Dwayne Fooks, Jason Fooks and Nathan Fowler who organised the marking of the trail ride over many months and the smooth running of the event on the weekend.

A cheque for $3500 was also presented to the Royal Flying Doctor Service by volunteers from Seng’s Sales And Service who also helped to make the event a big success.
