New COVID Restrictions Start Today
- New COVID-19 restrictions that limit gatherings to no more than 10 people at home or at other places without a COVID Safe industry plan came into force across the South Burnett, Toowoomba and Cherbourg council areas at 8:00am this morning. The restrictions will last at least 14 days and possibly 28 days (ie 1-2 incubation cycles). You can read more about them on our website.
Meeting With The Mayor - Blackbutt
- Postponed: South Burnett Mayor Brett Otto will be joined by Cr Roz Frohloff and Deputy Mayor Gavin Jones for an informal chat with residents outside the Blackbutt Bakery from 7:00am to 1:00pm today. No bookings are necessary. Note: Due to increased COVID-19 restrictions, this session has been postponed to a future, undetermined date.
