Growing The Burnett will be holding their Mid-Week Farmers Markets in Kingaroy today. The markets feature fresh food and crafts produced exclusively in the South Burnett, and are held in O'Neill Square in Haly Street, Kingaroy between 7:30am and 12:00 noon. Tennis Muster - Nanango
- The Nanango & District Tennis Association will be holding a muster for Thursday day players at the Nanango Tennis Courts in Brisbane Street at 8:30am this morning. Swimming For Fitness - Wondai
- The South Burnett Regional Council's new Swimming For Fitness program (for adults) will be held between 10:30am and 11:30am this morning at the Wondai Swimming Pool at 101 Mackenzie Street, Wondai. This program is run by a local swimming coach and is open to adults of all fitness and ability levels. It aims to teach new ways to become physically active and how to stay active for life. If you're coming along, bring your swimming togs, a towel, sun protection and (if applicable) medication. Session fees are $5 if you're in full-time employment, or $2.50 if you're not. More details? - The South Burnett's weekly futsal competition will be held at the Kingaroy State High School Sports Auditorium from 3:45pm to around 9:00pm tonight. - The South Burnett Toastmasters will be holding their first meeting for 2014 in the Anzac Room of Kingaroy RSL in Markwell Street, Kingaroy at 7:00pm this evening. - Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other to help solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership. A.A. isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution.
