Aqua Fitness For Adults - Proston
- The South Burnett Regional Council's Healthy Communities programme will be holding the 2nd week of a 10-week "Aqua Fitness For Adults" course at the Proston Swimming Pool in Collingwood Street between 3:00pm and 4:00pm today. The course features easy, water-based exercises and games for all fitness levels, Zumba and water aerobics and pool entry fees are being subsidised by the Council - all you need to bring is a gold coin donation, swimming togs, a towel and medication (if required). The South Burnett Lively 50s&60s Social Group will be resuming their weekly Wednesday Wipe-Outs 10-Pin Bowling Morning at the Kingaroy Ten Pin Bowling Alley at 4 Irvins Street from 9:15am this morning (bowling starts at 9:30am sharp). The cost is $15.60 for three games plus a $2.00 fee that will be used towards prize monies and trophies which will be handed out out at the end of the season.
