Aqua Fitness For Adults - Proston
- The South Burnett Regional Council's Healthy Communities programme will be holding the 4th week of a 10-week "Aqua Fitness For Adults" course at the Proston Swimming Pool in Collingwood Street between 3:00pm and 4:00pm today. The course features easy, water-based exercises and games for all fitness levels, Zumba and water aerobics and pool entry fees are being subsidised by the Council - all you need to bring is a gold coin donation, swimming togs, a towel and medication (if required). - Jamie's Ministry Of Food Mobile Kitchen will be celebrating its second birthday at a free South Burnett Community Day being held in the Scott Carpark in Henry Street, Nanango between 1:00pm and 3:00pm today. There'll be loads of fun on offer including prizes, giveaways and cooking demonstrations from Jamie's Ministry Of Food, and there'll also be information on Healthy Communities events and programs in the South Burnett. The South Burnett Lively 50s&60s Social Group will be resuming their weekly Wednesday Wipe-Outs 10-Pin Bowling Morning at the Kingaroy Ten Pin Bowling Alley at 4 Irvins Street from 9:15am this morning (bowling starts at 9:30am sharp). The cost is $15.60 for three games plus a $2.00 fee that will be used towards prize monies and trophies which will be handed out out at the end of the season.
