South Burnett businesses have been invited to have a say on the transition to renewable energy, and how it will affect their business or industry sector.
Consultant Wendy Agar has been engaged by Regional Development Australia Wide Bay Burnett (RDAWBB) to conduct both face-to-face feedback sessions in Kingaroy and Murgon, as well as virtual sessions.
RDAWBB has prepared a draft “Renewable Energy Impact and Readiness Proposal” which provides a snapshot of the current renewable energy industry in the Wide Bay-Burnett and across Queensland.
It details projects that are in the pipeline as well as industry feedback already collected.
