A man, aged in his 20s, suffered serious chest injuries in a dirt bike crash near Cooyar on Sunday.
The Toowoomba-based LifeFlight helicopter land on an oval near the incident, where it was met by an ambulance carrying the injured man.
A LifeFlight spokesperson said the man was airlifted to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane in a stable condition for further treatment.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal traffic crash which occurred at Glenaven, near Crows Nest, on Wednesday night.
About 6:30pm, emergency services were called to the New England Highway following reports of a crash involving a black Honda Nt700V motorcycle and silver Toyota LandCruiser.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 31-year-old Adare man, suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.
The driver and sole occupant of the Toyota, a 43-year-old East Toowoomba man, was not physically injured.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash remain ongoing.
