The Kingaroy Visitor Information Centre is now accepting donations for the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.
Non-perishable food items, unwrapped toys, gifts and gift cards can be left in the red wheelie bin to bring some unexpected joy to families in need this Christmas.
The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal helps disadvantaged families to have a special Christmas each year by providing free Christmas food hampers, toys, gifts and gift cards.

Bookings are now also open for the annual Community Christmas Lunch, supported by the Salvation Army, South Burnett CTC, South Burnett Online, Burnett Today and various community groups.
This year’s lunch will be held on Christmas Day at the Kingaroy Town Hall.
The lunch is free, but donations are welcome and seats must be booked.
