Three people will face drug charges after police pulled over a Ford sedan in Kingaroy on Monday morning.
Police stopped the vehicle – which also contained a three-year-old child – in Haly Street about 11:40am.
The driver, a 25-year-old Booie woman, allegedly returned a positive sample to a roadside drug test.
Police say that a search of the vehicle also located pipes, a knife, scales and a small quantity of cannabis.
The driver will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on June 1 charged with drug driving and possessing a drug utensil.
A 40-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in the same court on August 3 charged with possessing a knife, a dangerous drug, and property used in the commission of a drug offence.
A 25-year-old Kingaroy man will appear in the same court on July 27 charged with possessing property used in the commission of drug offence.

- A 43-year-old Benarkin woman has been charged with drink-driving and driving while disqualified after police say they spotted a vehicle swerving across the D’Aguilar Highway on Saturday night. The vehicle was intercepted about 6:50pm. The woman, who allegedly returned a positive roadside breath test (0.10 BAC), will appear in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on July 27.
- A 48-year-old Wooroolin man has been been issued with a $1245 fine for speeding after police detected his Holden ute doing 144km/h on the Bunya Highway at 10:15am on Sunday. The man was also disqualified from driving for six months.

- Police were called to a disturbance at an Alford Street address on Saturday at 1:13am. A 33-year-old Kingaroy man was issued infringement notices for public nuisance ($400 fine) and failure to comply with public health directions ($1334)
- At 2:40am the same day, Kingaroy police were called to a disturbance at a house in Candello Close. A 27-year-old Imbil woman was issued infringement notices for public nuisance ($400 fine), obstructing police ($400) and failure to comply with public health directions ($1334).

Property
- Police are investigating the theft of a mobile phone and bank cards on Saturday. The cards were subsequently used at a Youngman Street, Kingaroy, service station.
