Thursday Evening Art Classes - Kingaroy
The Nimue Art Gallery in King Street, Kingaroy (immediately next to the Carrollee Hotel) will be holding another of their regular Thursday evening art classes from 6:00pm to 8:00pm tonight. The classes are led by professional art teacher Cory McAulay and cover drawing skills (including line, proportion, tonal values, composition, format, positive and negative shapes and perspective) and painting skills (including planning, organising the work area, painting techniques, washes and glazing etc) over the course of several weeks. The cost of each Thursday night art class is $25 and students need to bring materials to each class that are suitable for use in the subjects being taught on any particular evening, such as a drawing book or acrylic paint set. Taras Hall Bingo - Nanango
Bingo games will be held at Taras Hall immediately next to Nanango RSL in Henry Street, Nanango at 10:00am this morning. Everyone is welcome!
Nanango Tourism & Development Association Meeting
The Nanango Tourism & Development Association will be holding its regular 3rd Thursday of the month meeting at the Nanango Golf Club off the D'Aguilar Highway north of Nanango at 5:30pm this evening (meeting starts at 6:00pm). The NaTDA aims to assist, foster, instigate or manage any project that could contribute to the advancement of the communities in and around Nanango. Thursday Afternoon Golf - Nanango

Murgon RSL Bingo

Blackbutt Tourism & Heritage Association Meeting

St Josephs Bingo - Murgon
St Joseph's Parish Hall in Angel Avenue, Murgon will be holding bingo games from 7:30pm this evening. There'll be $1000 in prizes on offer as well as a canteen and lucky bingo tickets. Proceeds will go to aid St Joseph's school and community works.

The Murgon QCWA will be hosting a Hoy Afternoon at the Murgon CWA Rooms at 1:30pm today. New players are very welcome.
Alcoholics Anonymous - Kingaroy
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strengths and hopes with each other to help solve their common problems and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership, and A.A. isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution. Thursday Evening Dance Classes - Kingaroy
Social Dance Classes will be held in the Apex room of the Kingaroy Senior Citizens Centre at the corner of Avoca and Kingaroy Streets, Kingaroy (opposite Super IGA) at 6:30pm this evening. You can learn how to do the Gypsy Tap, Pride of Erin or some of the latest sequence dances - and don't worry if you haven’t got a partner, there are plenty of dancers to help you! It doesn't matter if you just want to learn, have been dancing for years or are visiting the area - come along for a great night out with heaps of fun and laughter.
