Thursday Evening Art Classes - Kingaroy

The Nimue Art Gallery in King Street, Kingaroy (immediately next to the Carrollee Hotel) will be holding another of their regular Thursday evening art classes from 6:00pm to 8:00pm tonight. The classes are led by professional art teacher Cory McAulay and cover drawing skills (including line, proportion, tonal values, composition, format, positive and negative shapes and perspective) and painting skills (including planning, organising the work area, painting techniques, washes and glazing etc) over the course of several weeks. The cost of each Thursday night art class is $25 and students need to bring materials to each class that are suitable for use in the subjects being taught on any particular evening, such as a drawing book or acrylic paint set. Murgon RSL Bingo

Thursday Afternoon Golf - Nanango

Kids To Kangaroos Holiday Rugby League Clinic - Murgon

An ARL Development "Kids To Kangaroos" holiday rugby league clinic for boys and girls aged 5 to 13 years will be held at the Murgon Sportsgrounds from 9:00am to 1:00pm today. The clinic costs $40 per child but this includes coaching, a boot bag, a football and kicking tee, a water bottle, training t-shirt and posters. The clinic is jointly sponsored by the South Burnett Junior Eagles, Stanwell Corporation and ARL Development and spaces are limited. Thursday Evening Dance Classes - Kingaroy

Social Dance Classes will be held in the Apex room of the Kingaroy Senior Citizens Centre at the corner of Avoca and Kingaroy Streets, Kingaroy (opposite Super IGA) at 6:30pm this evening. You can learn how to do the Gypsy Tap, Pride of Erin or some of the latest sequence dances - and don't worry if you haven’t got a partner, there are plenty of dancers to help you! It doesn't matter if you want to learn, have been dancing for years or are just visiting the area - come along for a great night out with heaps of fun and laughter. Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strengths and hopes with each other to help solve their common problems and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership, and A.A. isn't allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution.
