The South Burnett Regional Council has accessed $250,000 in Federal and State Government funding for “community disaster recovery”.

It is calling for expressions of interests from organisations that can organise events or programs that contribute to:

  • The community’s human and social recovery from the flooding event in January 2011
  • Support resilience
  • Support future disaster preparedness

There is no closing date and applications will be assessed as they are received.
