Most companies and organisations are holding Christmas break-ups at this time of the year but probably most didn’t go to the trouble that South Burnett CTC did on Friday.

Employees from all over the region gathered at CTC headquarters in Cornish Street, Kingaroy, to enjoy a bit of festive fun with their colleagues and families.

Kingaroy Lions served up hot chips and drinks.

There were fun and games for the kids, including a jumping castle and CTC’s mobile entertainment and video game unit “MERV”.

There was even a tug-of-war …

Santa, of course, also dropped by to hand out some sweets to the children (how does he find the time?)
