Sunday Golf
 There's golfing action around the region in Blaxkbiutt, Nanango and Prostion today. In Blackbutt, the Blackbutt Golf Club in Bowman Road will be holding the South Burnett Zone Men's and Women's Foursomes. In Nanango, the Nanango Golf Club on the D'Aguilar Highway will be holding a Single Stableford Medley / Club Trophy match. And in Proston, the Proston Golf Club at 81 Brigooda Road in Proston will be holding its Monthly Medal competition with a 9:30am tee-off. New players are very welcome at all games.
Kilkivan Sunday Markets
- The weekly Kilkivan Markets will be held in Lester Millar Park in Kilkivan from 7:00am until around 12:00 noon this morning. - The Timbertown Woodworkers Group will be holding their regular Sunday morning meeting at the Blackbutt Showgrounds in Bowman Road, Blackbutt from 8:00am until around 12:00pm today. Sunday Afternoon Darts - Kingaroy
 The South Burnett Darts Association will be holding their regular Sunday afternoon Pot Luck Doubles darts competitions from 11:00am to 4:00pm at their premises at Shed 1, 18 Stolzenberg Road in Kingaroy. A $10 playing fee applies, but that includes a great BBQ lunch. Ulysses MC Sunday Breakfast Ride - Kingaroy
 The South Burnett's favourite motorcycle club, the Ulysses MC Burnett Branch (motto: "Grow old disgracefully") will be holding a Sunday breakfast ride to Blackbutt this morning. Members will meet at the Kingaroy Hotel at the corner of Haly and Youngman Streets at 7:30am for a ride to Blackbutt for brekkie at around 8:30am. Kids Fishing Day - Yallakool
- BOOKED OUT! The Bjelke-Petersen Dam Fish Management Committee will be holding a Lifestyle Kids Fishing Day at the public picnic area at Bjelke-Petersen Dam from 8:00am to 11:00am this morning, followed by a sausage sizzle. Everyone is welcome, but all children should be accompanied by an adult.
