Mondure Gardening Experience
Mondure's 3rd annual Gardening Experience will be running at Mondure Hall in McConnell Way, Mondure from 9:00am to 3:00pm today. This garden extravaganza will feature Romaine Undery from Ramesa Nursery talking about succulent arrangements in pots, Shea Watt discussing soil health, Jeff Horne on bees, and Helen Young on bromeliads There'll also be plant stalls where you can browse and buy. Autumn Bowls Carnival - Nanango

Proston Golden Spurs Campdraft
Day 3 of the three-day Proston Golden Spurs Campdraft will kick off at the Proston Showgrounds on the Proston-Boondooma Road, west of the CBD, at 6:00am this morning. Today's action will feature Novice and Open rounds and the Open final. Spectators are welcome to come along and watch all the action for free. There'll also be a bar operating and entertainment. Kingaroy Junior Open Golf
- Kingaroy Golf Club will be holding a Junior Open for young golfers from 10:00am today at the links on the Bunya Highway. Cost is $25 for 18 holes, $15 for nine holes or $10 for six holes. Cost includes a sausage sizzle lunch. Registrations must be made online before 7:00pm on March 20.
Hivesville Country Markets
The monthly Hivesville Country Markets will be held at Memorial Park (opposite the Hivesville Hotel in Main Street) from 7:00am to around noon this morning. These family-friendly markets are held on the 4th Sunday of every month and feature a variety of stalls including fresh local farm produce, plants, crafts and lots of food. New stallholders are very welcome, too!
Community Pickleball - Woolooga
- Woolooga Community Hall is hosting community pickleball every Sunday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the hall at 8 Thomas Street, Woolooga. Everyone is welcome to come along, including beginners. All equipment is provided at the court, so just bring water!
Saints Sign-On Day
South Burnett Saints AFL club is holding a sign-on day from 9:00am to 1:00pm today at Lyle Vidler Oval, Youngman Street, Kingaroy. There'll also be competitions and games from 9:30am, prizes, a free sausage sizzle and an opportunity to meet the coaches.
Kumbia Museum
- The Kumbia and District Historical Society's museum, located in the Federation Heritage Centre behind Kumbia Hall in Bell Street, will be open from 1:30pm to 3:30pm this afternoon. Fly-In Breakfast - Murgon
- The Burnett Flyers has invited aviators to enjoy a "fly-in brekkie" this morning and inspect their recently renovated Ops Centre at Angelfield aerodrome, at the end of Macalister Street. Cost for breakfast is $20, which includes tea and coffee. RSVP by by email

Free Sunday Lunch - Kingaroy
- A free community lunch is available every Sunday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at The Old Railway Station building, O'Neill Square, in Kingaroy. The Community Serving Community Meals Project is co-ordinated by the South Burnett Support Alliance and relies on volunteers from the local community.
