The Yarraman Ladies Club have finalised their championship calendar, and Honour Board winners were posted on the club’s notice board at the last meeting. Past President Helene Johnson almost scooped the pool.

As anyone will tell you, it’s been a bit chilly over the past week.

Woodford won the first round of this year’s Woodrow Warman Shield played at Kilcoy a week ago, winning the day 147-136 in a very close competition. The deciding match will be played at Woodford on Saturday, May 23.
The bowls calendar has been very full over the past week.
Queensland Bowls staged their 2015 District Sides Championships for both Men and Women on the Sunshine Coast from Sunday to Wednesday this week, and the final day saw a great finish to four days of bowls.
