A teenage girl has been airlifted to hospital after a riding accident on a property at Hodgleigh on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency services were called just before 3:00pm.
It is believed the girl was thrown from a horse.
A LifeFlight spokesperson said the girl suffered multiple injuries, including a possible head injury.
Paramedics assessed the teenager at the scene before she were airlifted by RACQ LifeFlight in a stable condition to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
