November 30, 2014

The Phillip Hughes tragedy was remembered at all cricket matches played in the South Burnett at the weekend, with a minute’s silence before games and players sporting black armbands.

At Wondai Sportsground, bats were placed along the fenceline as part of the national “#putoutyourbats” tribute and “408” – Hughes’ Test number – was sprayed on the outfield.
