Police from Wide Bay Burnett Tactical Crime Squad, acting on information received from the public, have seized about $1.2 million worth of cannabis from a rural property north of Woolooga.
Police executed a search warrant at a rural property at Glenbar on Monday.
During the search, police located 240 mature cannabis plants ranging from two to three metres in height as well as 12kg of dried cannabis.
A 63-year-old man has been charged with producing and possessing cannabis and will appear in Maryborough Magistrates Court on April 15.
