The Quota Club of Kingaroy hosted their annual breakfast for Year 11 students at the Kingaroy Coffee Lounge this morning.

Every year the Quota Club invites students who are considering their future career choices to listen to a local speaker who has an inspirational story.

This year the students, from Nanango State High School, listened as former South Burnett Regional Council Community and Economic Development Manager Eleanor Kratzmann described her career path.

Eleanor, who was Deputy CEO at Wondai Shire Council when amalgamations were forced on the region, resigned from the South Burnett Council earlier this year to begin a new direction as owner of the Bunya Mountain Getaway and Cider Gum Cafe on the Bunya Mountains.
