South Burnett CTC - Working For Our Community
Nanango Campdraft
The third day of the three-day 2025 Nanango Campdraft will be held at the Nanango Showgrounds in Cairns Street from 5:30am this morning until late this afternoon. Today's events include Open rounds and final, Novice final and gymkhana events. Admission to the campdraft is free for spectators. A licensed bar, canteen and meals will be open over the weekend plus a coffee van and an ice cream van.
Kumbia Museum
The Kumbia and District Historical Society's museum, located in the Federation Heritage Centre behind Kumbia Hall in Bell Street, will be open from 1:30pm to 3:30pm this afternoon. Remembrance Day Memorial .303 Shoot
The Wondai Rifle Club, in Rifle Range Road, Wondai, will be holding a Remembrance Day Shoot from 9:00am onwards today. All owners of .303 Enfield rifles are invited to bring them along (as well as ammunition) for a fun day's shooting on the club's 300, 400 and 500 yard ranges. No other calibres permitted. Entry is $40 which includes a barbecue lunch.
Sunday Afternoon Poker - Kingaroy
Texas Hold'em poker games will be played at the Kingaroy RSL Club in Markwell Street, Kingaroy, this afternoon. Registrations start at 2:00pm and play begins at 2:30pm. All games are free to play. More details? Phone the RSL on (07) 4162-175
Wondai Community Share
The Wondai Community Share is held on the second Sunday of every month at 2:00pm at Dingo Creek Park, on the Bunya Highway. Guests at this free get-together can bring along any excess fruit, vegetables, baked goods or other household items they have to swap with others for things they may need, or simply to give them away. Everyone is welcome!
Karaoke Competition - Nanango
The Commercial Hotel, at 69 Drayton Street, Nanango, has been holding a weekly karaoke competition every Sunday. The Grand Final will be held from 2:00pm this afternoon! Phone (07) 4163-1208.
Murgon Sunday Markets
The monthly Murgon Markets will be held in Lamb Street in the heart of Murgon from 7:00am until about 12:00 noon today. The markets run on the second Sunday of each month and offer locally made crafts, foods and produce - always an interesting Sunday morning out. New stallholders are always welcome too! More details? Sunday Bingo - Wondai
The Wondai RSL Sub-Branch (ie. the former Diggers Club in Mackenzie Street) is running Sunday afternoon bingo! Doors open at 12:30pm with eyes down at 1:30pm. Lunch is available in the Barracks Bistro from 11:00am to 1:30pm.
Community Pickleball - Woolooga
Woolooga Community Hall is hosting community pickleball every Sunday from 3:30pm at the hall at 8 Thomas Street, Woolooga. Everyone is welcome to come along, including beginners. All equipment is provided at the court, so just bring water!

Free Sunday Lunch - Kingaroy
A free community lunch is available every Sunday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at The Old Railway Station building, O'Neill Square, in Kingaroy. The Community Serving Community Meals Project is co-ordinated by the South Burnett Support Alliance and relies on volunteers from the local community.
