Linville Monthly Markets
The Linville Progress Association will be holding their monthly markets at Linville Community Hall from 7:00am to around 12:00 noon this morning. The markets have a great BBQ breakfast and lots of fresh produce, home-made foods, crafts and bric-a-brac and run on the first Sunday of each month. Proston Khanacross
Proston Car Rally Club will be holding Day 2 of their weekend-long Proston Khanacross at their race track today (the club's track is located 7.5km west of Proston at 757 Proston-Boondooma Road). Racing will start at 9:00am. Competitors come from all over Queensland and spectators are very welcome. The canteen will be open all day. There's free camping available with hot showers. Kumbia Museum
- The Kumbia and District Historical Society's museum, located in the Federation Heritage Centre behind Kumbia Hall in Bell Street, will be open from 1:30pm to 3:30pm this afternoon. XCO Mountain Bike Racing - Gordonbrook
Round 1 of the XCO Mountain Bike Winter Series will raced from 7:30am this morning at the South Burnett Mountain Bike Club's tracks at Gordonbrook Dam. There'll be competition events for juniors, seniors, men and women plus e-bikes. A barbecue will available in the morning and podium presentations will follow the end of racing. Spectators are very welcome and there's no admission.
Community Pickleball - Woolooga
- Woolooga Community Hall is hosting community pickleball every Sunday from 3:30pm at the hall at 8 Thomas Street, Woolooga. Everyone is welcome to come along, including beginners. All equipment is provided at the court, so just bring water!

Dimities Cottage at 49 Haly Street, Wondai (opposite the Wondai Regional Art Gallery) will be hosting a $20 per head BYO Sunday roast lunch from 12:00 noon today featuring roast beef and seasonal vegetables followed by sticky date pudding, tea and coffee and - yes! - no washing up afterwards.
