Hivesville Country Markets
The monthly Hivesville Country Markets will be held at the Hivesville Sportsground (in Edwards Lane, Hivesville) from 7:00am to around noon this morning. These family-friendly markets are held on the 4th Sunday of every month (except December) and feature a variety of stalls including fresh local farm produce, plants, crafts and lots of food. New stallholders are very welcome, too!
Devonshire Teas - Hivesville
Hivesville QCWA will be opening the doors at their rooms in Main Street from 7:00am to noon this morning to offer visitors Devonshire Tea to coincide with today's Hivesville Country Markets. There'll also be preserves, plants and bric-a-brac for sale! Cash only.
Sunday Afternoon Poker - Kingaroy
Texas Hold'em poker games will be played at the Kingaroy RSL Club in Markwell Street, Kingaroy, this afternoon. Registrations start at 2:00pm and play begins at 2:30pm. All games are free to play. More details? Phone the RSL on (07) 4162-1755.
Bunya Mountains Markets
The Bunya Mountains Markets, held on the last Sunday of every month, will be running at Dandabah in the Bunya Mountains today. The markets feature up to 30 stands selling quality, locally produced fresh produce, arts and crafts and they'll be operating from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Local cafés like Poppies On The Hill and The Bunya Mountains Café will be offering special Market Day menus and morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas. Walking trail maps will be available from both cafés, the Bunya Mountains General Store and market stalls if you'd like to take a stroll through the adjoining National Park. More details? Kilkivan Community Garden & Railway Markets
The monthly Kilkivan Community Garden & Railway Markets - held on the last Sunday of the month (February to November) are on again from 7:00am this morning at 2a Bligh Street (opposite the hotel. For more information, or to book a stall, phone Deborah on 0448-749-727.
Harvest Share & Swap - Yarraman
A free community produce swap is held every Sunday from 9:00am to 10:00am at The Pink Flamingo, 19 Toomey Street, Yarraman. This is an opportunity to share your unwanted produce, seeds or seedlings.
RSL Bingo - Wondai

Kumbia Museum
The Kumbia and District Historical Society's museum, located in the Federation Heritage Centre behind Kumbia Hall in Bell Street, will be open from 1:30pm to 3:30pm this afternoon. Free Sunday Lunch - Kingaroy
A free community lunch is available every Sunday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at The Old Railway Station building, O'Neill Square, in Kingaroy. The Community Serving Community Meals Project is co-ordinated by the South Burnett Support Alliance and relies on volunteers from the local community.
