Neon Night Walk - Nanango

Community Barbecue - Wondai
- The Wondai Country Festival and Wondai Wolves are hosting a social barbecue from 4:30pm this afternoon at the Wondai Regional Art Gallery, near the roundabout in Haly Street, Wondai. Runners taking part in the weekend's festival as well as local residents are invited to come along and mingle! There will be burgers and sausages for sale as well as soft drinks and water. Coolabunia Weaner Show & Sale

Kumbia Garden Lovers
- The Kumbia Garden Lovers Group will be holding its last Friday of the month meeting at the Kumbia Hall Supper Room from 9:30am this morning. The club is open to all gardeners and while tea and coffee are supplied, members are asked to bring a plate for a shared morning tea. Entry is just $2 and there'll be a $2 raffle, too. Kingaroy QCWA Scone Day
The Kingaroy QCWA will be holding another of their popular Scone Days in their rooms at 122 Kingaroy Street, Kingaroy (just next to the RSL) from 9:00am this morning to around 11:00am. Scone days are held on the fourth Friday of every month. Visitors can enjoy a delicious morning tea or phone in an order and pick up some freshly baked scones! Women's Soccer - Kingaroy
Round 6 of the South Burnett Women's Football competition will be played this evening at Tom Alford Oval in Kingaroy. At 6:15pm, Kingaroy Wests v Barambah and at 7:35pm, Kingaroy Easts v South Burnett United. The canteen will be open with hot food, cold drinks and snacks and spectators are invited to come along and show your support!

Murgon to Kingaroy Shopping Bus
- Graham House will be running a shopping bus between Murgon and Kingaroy today. The bus will pick up customers from their address at 8:30am and transport them to the Kingaroy Mall (or other destinations if arranged beforehand), then make a return journey about 11:30am. Tickets on the bus are $15 per person return and the bus runs fortnightly on Fridays (except public holidays) but places are limited so a booking is necessary. Heritage House Meal Night - Yarraman
- The Yarraman Heritage Centre, at 26 Millar Street, holds a meal night on the last Friday of every month. Doors open at 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start. Cost is $25 and there'll also be a lucky door prize and raffle. The monthly dinners are always a fun night out and are a great way to support Heritage House. Friday Social Golf & Dinner - Proston

Alcoholics Anonymous - Murgon
- Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other to solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for membership. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organisation or institution. South Burnett Pantry - Kingaroy
- The South Burnett Pantry will be open from 8:30am to 12:00 noon today at 1A (Lot 3) Railway Terrace in Kingaroy. The Pantry is a not-for-profit registered charity run by a Board of Management and staffed by volunteers, and it helps low-income families, couples and singles stretch their shopping dollar further. The Pantry offers $40 or $25 options to select food and the other items that most people need to get through part of the week.
