South Burnett CTC will be hosting the Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s next regular get-together for local businesspeople.
The KCCI meet’n’greet will be held from 5:30pm on Tuesday, September 6, at the South Burnett Enterprise Centre at 6 Cornish Street, Kingaroy.
Guest speakers will include:
- CTC chief operating officer Jason Erbacher and chief executive Nina Temperton, and
- South Burnett Regional Council strategic procurement officer Louise Reidy
A representative from Powerlink will also address the meeting about the proposed construction of high-voltage transmission lines in the region to connect the Borumba Dam pumped hydro project to the existing electricity grid.
Cost to attend is $10 for KCCI members or $15 for non-members.
