Heads up for ABBA fans (and just about everyone else!) … tickets for the South Burnett Musical Comedy Society’s latest production – Mamma Mia!- are now on sale.
It features all the Swedish group’s hit songs, wound together into a romantic comedy written by British playwright Catherine Johnson.
The musical has been a long-running favourite on both Broadway and West End.
How can we resist it?
Preparations for the South Burnett production have been under way for months.
Rehearsals are now getting fine-tuned ahead of opening night.
Six shows are scheduled to be performed at the Kingaroy Performing Arts Centre (KPAC) at Kingaroy State High School.
Dates and times are:
- Saturday, March 13 – 7:00pm
- Sunday, March 14 – 1:00pm
- Friday, March 19 – 7:00pm
- Saturday, March 20 – 1:00pm
- Saturday, March 20 – 7:00pm
- Sunday, March 21 – 1:00pm
Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students and concession card holders.
