Pursers Coaches has suspended its services from the South Burnett to Caboolture due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions.

The suspension came into effect on Monday (April 6).

Pursers had been operating on a reduced timetable since March 23 due to the health crisis.

“To all our valued customers, please stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you all back onboard when our services return,” a statement from Pursers said.

Other coach services have also been affected by the restrictions on non-essential travel.

Murrays has suspended its Queensland Express coach services between Brisbane, Toowoomba and Chinchilla.

“At this stage we do not know when the services will resume,” a statement from the company said.

“But rest assured that we will be continually monitoring the situation over the coming weeks and months and will resume when it is safe to do so.

“Any customers with affected bookings will be contacted directly.”

Greyhound Australia has also suspended its services from Toowoomba to Brisbane.
