Community groups only have until the end of March to apply for support in the latest round of the Heritage Nanango Community Funding scheme.

Sponsorship application packages are available at the Heritage Community Branch in Drayton Street, Nanango.

The completed forms need to be lodged in the “Sponsorship Applications” box inside the branch before 4:00pm on Friday, March 31.

Profits from the Nanango Heritage Community Branch are shared with Heritage Nanango Community Funding for distribution back to the local community.

Since the branch opened in Nanango in 2002, many millions of dollars have been distributed to community groups in the former Nanango Shire area.

The Heritage branch at Kingaroy is not connected with the funding round; application forms can only be obtained from the Heritage branch in Drayton Street.

Groups who are unsure if they are eligible should contact Jane on (07) 4164-6173.

Alternately, they can send any questions to her by email

How great is this? Heritage Nanango Community Branch needs all the support of the local people by way of banking so the community can benefit from this great company. Where would the town of Nanango be without the $3.5 million from this community banking group during the past 15 years? Congratulations to the local board.
