southburnett.com.au understands another complaint has been lodged with the South Burnett Regional Council linked to the controversy over the sale of a portion of Adermann Park in Kingaroy.

The complaint by a local resident is believed to relate to the apology that Cr Damien Tessmann was ordered to make to Council last month as part of a finding against him.

In January, Cr Tessmann was ordered by the Local Government Regional Conduct Review Panel to apologise to fellow Councillors for allegedly providing misleading information at a Council meeting in 2012. He was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine.

He made his apology to the February 18 SBRC meeting but insisted beforehand that he had done nothing wrong and said he had been denied the opportunity to defend himself.
